This beef and cheese menu pairs 6 cuts of beef from
Heatherlea Farm of Caledon, ON and
cheese from Monforte Dairy of Stratford, ON.
Each course will offer a different preparation of beef and cheese, with
two courses prepared by guest Chef Jason Cooney, and
remaining courses prepared by Chef Adam Ryan.
Get a chance to meet one of the beef farmers from Heatherlea,
who will be on hand to talk about their farm and cattle.
